1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BeaGlitched services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

Coaching Services

  • Feel Like a God Program: 2-week intensive coaching program for individuals with chronic illness
  • 1:1 Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions focused on nervous system regulation
  • Custom Protocols: Individualized nervous system protocols and wellness strategies
  • NLP-Based Mindset Work: Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques for mindset rewiring
  • Nutrition & Circadian Support: Guidance on nutrition and sleep optimization
  • Message Support: Between-session communication and support

Service Limitations

  • Services are coaching-based, not medical treatment
  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • Services require active client participation
  • Emergency support is not provided through our services

3. Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

  • Feel Like a God Program: $4,500 USD
  • Payment is required in full before services begin
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Gumroad, PayPal, Stripe)
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

Late Payment

Services may be suspended if payment is not received as agreed. Additional fees may apply for late payments.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Refund Window: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no coaching sessions have occurred
  • Partial Refunds: After coaching begins, refunds are prorated based on unused sessions
  • No Refund After Completion: No refunds available after program completion
  • Emergency Circumstances: Refunds may be considered for documented medical emergencies

Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel with 24-hour notice
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
  • Rescheduling is available with reasonable notice

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate health and personal information
  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually
  • Actively participate in coaching process
  • Follow safety guidelines and recommendations
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods
  • Communicate openly and honestly
  • Take responsibility for implementing recommendations

6. Liability Limitations

Limitation of Liability

BeaGlitched and Bianca Cox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Health and Safety

  • Clients are responsible for their own health and safety
  • Services are not a substitute for medical care
  • Clients should consult healthcare providers for medical concerns
  • Emergency situations require immediate medical attention

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

  • All content, methods, and materials are proprietary to BeaGlitched
  • Coaching protocols and techniques are confidential
  • Website content, logos, and branding are protected
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited

Client Content

  • Clients retain ownership of their personal information
  • Testimonials may be used with explicit consent
  • Session recordings (if any) require mutual consent

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, health data, and personal details shared during coaching sessions. Information will only be disclosed with your explicit consent or as required by law.

Exceptions to Confidentiality

  • Imminent danger to self or others
  • Legal requirements or court orders
  • Professional consultation (with anonymized information)

9. Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process

  1. Direct Communication: Contact beaglitched@gmail.com to discuss concerns
  2. Good Faith Negotiation: Attempt to resolve disputes amicably
  3. Mediation: If needed, engage neutral third-party mediation
  4. Arbitration: Binding arbitration as final resort

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

10. Professional Credentials

Bianca Cox is a certified NLP Practitioner through Aspire NLP/Wild Success Global. Services are provided within the scope of coaching practice, not medical or therapeutic treatment.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with appropriate notice. Upon termination, all obligations cease except for payment of services already provided and confidentiality requirements.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
